We take our tenants safety seriously and do background checks on all applicants.
Extras
- All units come with central air, stove/ovens, refrigerators and sheds for personal storage. Most also include washers and dryers for your convenience.
- Maintenance of the unit is included with the rent so there are no additional fees for maintenance.
- Monthly rent includes garbage service.
- Each unit has off street parking, many also have carports included.

Frequently Asked Questions
- What do you look for on your background checks? We look for arrests, prior evictions, people being taken to small claims court and past due bills placed for collections.
- Do you pull a credit report? No we do not.
- Do you have other requirements to meet? Yes, the total household income after taxes needs to be at least 3 times the amount of the rent. Unemployment or other government aid is not applied toward the income requirement amount. The monthly income must be an earned income unless it's social security or other retirement income.
- Do you have an application fee? Yes. There is a $35 non-refundable fee to process each application.
- Do you accept Section 8? No. We aren't set up for Section 8.
- Is there anything included with the rent? Yes. Rent listed includes lot rent plus we provide garbage but tenants are responsible for their own utilities. Utilities must be transferred before a tenant can get keys.
- Do you allow pets? Yes, a maximum of 2 cats are allowed with a $200/cat non-refundable pet deposit. Pet deposit may be waived if the front claws are removed; however, we don't allow dogs in our rental units.
- How much money do I need to move in? The security deposit must be paid but we prorate the rent so the total amount owed depends on when you take possession.
